$10 general public admission for all events.  Children under 12 free. Activities include car show with featured cars and multiple judged car classes; swap meet; lots of food; and more! Bring the family and enjoy the show! Registration is in the Bend Expo building.  NOTE: There is no charge for family members of those with registered Car Show display cars or registered Swap Meet space.

There is NO OUTSIDE DISPLAY.  All cars, judged and non-judged, are displayed indoors. 

Online registration is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for all judged and non-judged cars as on-site registration of cars on the setup day, Thursday, is only available on a space-available basis with first-come, first-served.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:  

         + PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD: Use the link above for registration and payment through PayPal using a debit or credit card.  Note: a PayPal account is not necessary.  Bring a copy of your registration confirmation to the event.

   + PAYMENT BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. You can pay by mailing a check or money order. If paying via check or money order, you must register/order (see link above) and your payment must be received no later than June 30th or your registration/order will be canceled.

SETUP INFORMATION:  

• +All swap meet spaces, both Indoors and Outdoors must be setup by 9pm, Thursday, July 17th. NO EXCEPTIONS
  
• +All Indoor cars, judged and non-judged, should be setup by 9pm Thursday, July 17th.  NO EXCEPTIONS
  

  On-site registration of cars on the setup day, Thursday, is only available on a space-available basis with first-come, first-served.  Therefore online registration is strongly recommended for all judged and non-judged cars.

• +All Indoor cars CAN NOT BE MOVED FOR 3 DAYS UNLESS AN EMERGENCY AND MUST:
• 1) have the battery disconnected in show mode
• 2) have a minimum of one fully functional fire extinguisher with the car
• 3) have a maximum of 1/8th of a tank of fuel per City of Eeast Moline Fire Code

• + Trailered Concours Boss 302, 351 & 429 cars: $275 per car
• + Driven Concours Boss 302, 351 & 429 cars: $275 per car
• + Super Stallion Class: $675 per car
• + Special Recognition Cars: $125 per car

Non-judged, INDOOR car display space: $125.00 per car (140 car limit).   REMINDER: Cars MUST be setup by 9pm Thursday, July 17th.  NO EXCEPTIONS. On-site registration of cars on the setup day, Thursday, is only available on a space-available basis with first-come, first-served. 

Indoor swap meet space (20 spaces available): $125 per 8ft x 20ft space.  Limit 2 spaces per vendor.  REMINDER: Your space(s) must be setup by 9pm Thursday, July 17th.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Outdoor swap meet space: $100.00 per 8ft x 20ft space. REMINDER:Your space(s) must be setup by 9pm Thursday, July 17th.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
